PayAlly Limited d/b/a PayAlly is an e-money institution regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with the reference number 944721.

PayAlly was founded in 2017 by a group of banking, payment processing, and card acquiring professionals, the Russian Maxim Ivanchenko and the Lithuanian Rafal Andzejevski. The regulated UK entity is controlled by the  Ivanchenko, who runs and controls also the Estonian AdvaPay, and the Lithuanian citizen Dmitrijus Apockinas.

The London-based completely integrated payment ecosystem for businesses small or large as well as for individuals.

PayAlly provides payment and acquiring services through its payments ecosystem, which includes local, regional, and international payments, payment accounts, Internet banking, foreign exchange, card acquiring, e-commerce gateway with CMS integrations, and multi-currency processing.
