A Russian payment gateway operator
Gateway a/k/a Gateway Services is a payment gateway operator providing the fake company Gateway Services Ltd in Cyprus as the legal entity.
However, the phone number listed on the website is connected to the Russian company DCC Agency LLC. The latter is also connected to the website DCC Agency (https://dcc-agency.com), which sells coupons and gift cards for shops in Cyprus online.
We uncovered Gateway as a facilitating payment processor in broker scams. Given the fake information about the operator and the scam facilitating activities, we included the payment processor in our “Black Compliance” list.
